Welcome to Vicky Mills Hair. By booking our mobile hairdressing services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

Vicky Mills Hair provides mobile hairdressing services at your preferred location. Services include, but are not limited to, haircuts, styling, colouring, and other treatments as listed on our website.

2. Booking and Payments

Appointment Scheduling: Bookings must be made in advance via website, phone, email.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2.5 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 20%.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash only.

3. Client Responsibilities

Access and Safety: Clients must provide a safe, clean, and well-lit environment for the services. This includes access to a power supply and water if required.
Health Conditions: Clients must inform the hairdresser of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service.
Minors: Services for minors under 18 require the presence and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Liability

Vicky Mills Hair is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, sensitivities, or previous treatments.
We take great care in providing services; however, clients acknowledge that results may vary based on hair condition, prior treatments, and maintenance.

5. Cancellation by the Hairdresser

In rare cases, the hairdresser may need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, vehicle issues). In such instances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within [24 hours to discuss your concerns. Adjustments or corrections may be offered at the discretion of the hairdresser.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.

8. Amendments

Vicky Mills Hair reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via website

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
